I want to do a natural water birth, but is it safe for the baby?

I want one now after wstching The Business of Being Born... They seem amazing n the babies always come into the world so peacefully...I love how the women are able to pull the baby out themselves just beautiful :)

I've always wanted a water birth!! But my area is so small that we don't do water births:(
