I went out for yogurt tonight and there was someone in the handicap space next to me that apparently thought it was ok to park in a handicap spot if he left his blinkers on. I said something when he came back to his car and he was just "I wasn't gone long". Then as he was leaving he went the wrong way down a one way so he didn't have to wait for traffic to turn. Some people are just idiots and have no regard for other people. Pissed me off so much!!
