What should I do??? My inlaws were so kind and bought our baby a crib. I really had my heart sent on a white crib. I already bought a white dresser. They told us they got a brown crib. I really wish they would of asked us first. But I am very grateful they did this for us. Should I just let it go or tell them we really wanted a white crib? I don't want to seem ungrateful.
you could always have your husband paint it if worse comes to worse. or maybe just exchange it?
I wanted a cherry crib but we got a light brown one from hubbys sister. Glad we didn't spend the money because our first never used it
Thanks @valerie_jean . I does come in white. I just feel too bad saying anything. My mother in law is a sweet person but takes everything to heart. I don't want to hurt her feelings. I told us awhile ago she wanted to get us a crib but she said she wanted us to go with her to pick it out. Well she just went on her own instead.
Thanks @momx2 . I don't want to mess with paint. Then I would feel terrible if they came to visit and seen I painted it.
can you just exchange it? I would keep it but I don't like white furniture
I am just thinking I could try and paint the dresser instead of the crib. I don't want to hurt their feelings.
