headaches..keep hydrated and drink lots of water. you can take regular Tylenol. if it doesn't go away I'd get it checked out, could be blood pressure. cramps, nothing can really be done about that, for me they didn't last long. maybe a couple weeks at most. it's just the uterus making room for baby

Oh I also have a sleeping mask that doubles as a heating pad for headaches. .it's awesome :)
