I am so in awe of the strength my 3 week old son has shown. Our poor little guy has been through more in his 3 weeks of life than his mommy and daddy have ever been through. And through it all he is still fighting, still trying to open his beautiful little eyes through the sedation and still squeezes his mommy's finger. Hoping for his surgery to finally happen in 2 weeks, and then a speedy recovery so he can come home with us! There is nothing I need more in this world than to have my little nugget home with me.
