I had really bad restless leg syndrome I know it sounds funny but my legs would twitch at night but last time no numbness

I get it when I lay down in my legs *

It's like bad blood flow to that area just work it out everyday and it won't happen I get it when I'm my legs when I lay down or have to fight of leggings on

how weird @hippiegardenmama I've experienced SO many different things this time around !

My hands and arms were numb for a while on and off through the whole thing
