mommies.. im having terrible lower abdominal pain and pressure . it gets extremely sharpe & when i try to move or open my legs it hurts like hell .. what is this ????? :(

sounds like the beginning of a contraction. at least it was like that for me. it could also be lightning crotch... go take a hot shower or bath if it eases it's probably just lightning crotch if it doesn't or it increase or becomes timeable it is probably contractions
