Yeah u can give gas drops i started at 3wk bt they didnt help.. Gripe water helped me(mommy bliss brand)

My family swears by peppermint candies. Dissolve in a bottle of water. It's exactly what GasX is.

My pediatrician recommend those when my son was barely a week old. I would say it's ok although they didn't help him so I stopped giving them.
