Walking out of my apartment this morning I hear the neighbor up stairs yelling at her 2yo daughter to hurry up and walk down the stairs because the little girl was late for school! GRRR first of all, your daughter is late because of you! Second of all your daughter is 2 and walking down the stairs isn't easy at the age, pick her up if you're in a hurry! Don't yell at her. Poor baby girl!

That's what she said but she could have meant daycare or a leaning center. I don't really know the lady, she's a B word and horrible to her kids. @awelden
