I cannot wait to get the okay to start working out. Post baby body has me feeling insecure. 😞

@ashleycoronel, I'm 2 weeks and 2 days postpartum I started working out a couple days ago nothing crazy just squats , side leg lifts & kegels I've read it's okay to do those kind of work outs in your first 6 weeks postpartum as long as you feel your body is ready for it
