Does anyone know of a good all natural lotion that I can use my skin is so itchy and even worse now that it is starting to get cold??

Coconut oil or Shea butter is great! With both a small amount goes a long way.

coconut oil! add in a little brown sugar and you have a great new exfoliating scrub!
