I'm 39wks and 2dys . I was dilated 1cm yesterday at my appointment. Today I went walking in the store to get a few baby things. And now that I'm laying down around my lower back to my groin it's cramping REALLY Bad. COULD THAT BE CONTRACTIONS???

can be. pay attention to the time they take to come. if the time between one and the other become less and less run to the hospital. Good luck

@blessedmommie93, sometimes baby can be putting pressure on your sciatic nerves try to relax , rest and have everything ready baby is coming soon!
