sounds like you love someone that doesn't love you. love doesn't hurt and it wouldn't leave you because your pregnant with their child. love yourself first and your child. I've been a single mom for a loooonge time and I learned its better to raise your child in a stable loving home then drag them into chaos. you got to focus on you and your baby.
