OK someone help me I'm freaking out! according to my last period I'm 9w1d. At 4wks I took an early response hpt it came up negative. At 4w6d I took a cheap hpt that gave me a slight positive. I had my first ultrasound today it showed a 6 week sac no fetus. The tech didn't act like anything was wrong and just said it looked too early for anything to show up but I'm still freaking out! how can I get a positive on a cheapie that early if you go by ultrasound dates?

My husband and I were ttc. I took a test 7 days before mp & got a light positive. When I went in to my ob I got an ultrasound & I was 6wks 6days and it was just a sac there was nothing there. It's pretty normal since it's still early in the pregnancy. Hope that helps ?

a little thank you... I think I'm mainly just shocked that it could be that off... I expected 1 week off not 3

I was only 3-4 weeks pregnant and got a strong positive, but yes 6 weeks can be too early to see anything which is perfectly normal and okay. Happened to me too, don't freak out.

that happened to my best friend and she just had to go in a week later and baby showed up :)
