Regardless after awhile you won't feel it unless you are feeding or pumping but I'm three months bf and I barely lactate anymore unless I'm pumping (he doesn't eat off me anymore) so you will get use to it just takes time

It's just your milk coming in. You won't feel that after a while once your body adjusts to it

Mine do that too... It does hurt pretty bad I massage them and it helps a little

@karnawest, it's literally happening right now and this is like the 5th time in a row, I don't know how to stop it, it's like im really cold but im not but they're hard anyway. Omg it hurts so bad.

I have noticed it happens more when I have had a bad latch did you just breastfeed?
