I am getting over the worst migraine EVER. Took one reg strength Tylenol to try to help it but it didn't work. A coconut caramel iced coffee from Dunkin did the trick, though. My question to you ladies is, is it safe to take two reg strength Tylenol? I hate taking anything, pregnant or not, so I usually try to suffer through whatever pain I have. Especially when Im pregnant.

Yes Tylenol is just fine to take. Take it easy and feel better.

Okay, thank you hun. I did take one, but I haven't ever taken two while pregnant so I wanted to make sure for future reference.

yes it's fine. I had a migraine toward the beginning I took 1 excedrin it helped. I get migraines normally.

if you take excedrin migraine just take 1 and don't make it very often and definitely not in the 3rd trimester.

take it with caffeine! it seriously will do the trick to! benadryl will also help but will probably make you sleepy so unless you're home I wouldn't try that
