Ok ladies! I been having pains in my lower abdomen since about 4:00 this morning. They hurt so much that I can't sleep. It's constant but does dull and intensity. I'm a FTM. Is this contractions? I'm so uncomfortable and I just want to cry. I've tried to sleep it off and I just can't sleep with it. I'm so exhausted.. What do I do?..

no water leaking? how much pain are you in? if you wait to call the dr office all they are going to tell you is to go into L&D when you get there they will want to know if you timed them but if you ball them they can determine if you should come in to be observed. I'd just call L&D and talk to them.

well you could call just to see if they want you to come in to be monitored.
