what I mean is how far in the pregnancy I should stop working. I know how much notice to give but I have no idea at what time in my pregnancy I will need to take the leave @vinnysmomma

I personally stopped working around 23 weeks I think. I have excruciating back pain. But I feel like it varies on how you're feeling 😊

I'm type 1 diabetic though so I'm not sure if I'll have any complications that'll make me have to take leave sooner

At my job I told HR when I was 16 weeks and they had my doctor fax them papers confirming that I was pregnant by time I was 18 weeks and then when the doctor says I can no longer work they have to fill out another paper and fax it to my job. Just the sooner the better .
