My friends husband said hers looked better after lol. I'm assuming you mean your labia and not your pubic area. You can't get stretch mark on your labia it's all meant to stretch lol. I haven't experienced it yet but it's not like your labia can get bigger or your Actual vagina will get loose and floppy lol. They're very resilient! I imagine it may look different if you have a 3rd degree tear or something and have to get 30 stitches.

I dont mind lol... after birth it streched out my lips cause I tore alot and they had to put stitches in my lip area and it made it swollen and loose. my husband says he loves it but I think it looks quite unpleasant lol @caseysmommy
