i poked a hole in one & inserted it for the first time tonight .. also im 80% effaced & 1 CM .

I've been inserting 2 at bedtime for about 5 nights in a row now..nothing yet..last time they checked me I was 1 cm & 70% thinned out that's before I started inserting the EPO..I have a doctors apt tomorrow I'm gonna ask them to check me hopefully I've dilated more we'll see lol
