Anyone who's had back labor, how do you explain the contractions. I had sex last night and since then I've been having non stop lower back pain, along with the feeling of my hips spreading. Usually my back pain is in different areas but this time it's staying alllll the way to the bottom and refuses to go away 😖

I had alllll back labor. A lot of pressure in my lower back. Getting on all fours and arching my back seemed to help a bit but it was pretty constant.

feels like your backs gonna break every contraction it forced me yo get an epidural the pain made my blood pressure rise enough to make the doctor worried.
