well, hello everyone. I am 22 and he is 21. I am getting married in a month to a wonderful man. We have been together for 6 1/2 years. He is in the marines. I was going to join as well but.. became pregnant. if it is aloud, I would like to ask for some prayers. I could have or almost lost my baby today... due to high stress, they called it a threatened misscairage and I have been ordered to stay off my feet. when I told my boss I could not come to work (my job is very demanding) she was not happy and wants me to quit/ I could get fired... money is tight and I need a job. its been a crazy day.

Not sure about your state, but in mine that is illegal! I went through the same thing & threatened a lawsuit. Would have & could have went through with it but my husband is in the marines also & I didn't want that extra stress on him. But will definitely be praying for you & your family!

due to the company and how it is organized, they can do what they want. my fiancé said he would rather me be jobless than work there anymore... they could have cost us our child... its a very demanding job.

I really dk what to tell u but thats really unfair what they are doing to you talk to her and she if she would maybe let you work sitting idk just something for her to try and find an option just so that you wont lose ur job and if not try and find a job that wont put u or ur babys life at risk and just try not to stress bc it wont be good for either of you or the baby

i am currently looking for an less demanding job. my doctor recommend it. its not that I don't love my job, I just don't want it to cost my baby's life.

i don't think they're allowed to fire you because your pregnant. I'd look into that. but welcome! glad everything is going good!

yeah thats really a better option ...... I got my job at 30 weeks just bc I had one in NY but they didnt give me the transfer and my dad got stationed down south so I had to quit but I got my job after applying just like 2 weeks after so its not gonna be hard good luck and hope u can find a job that will lets you work as much as u can and not put either at risk
