Chicken parm for dinner tonight! Had spaghetti noodles and garlic bread too. Yumm!! 🍝🍝

2lbs of chicken

1 egg

1/4 cup of milk

2 cups of breadcrumbs but I didn't use all of it

1/4 inch of oil

2 cups mozzarella cheese

1 24oz jar of spaghetti sauce

preheat oven to 350

you have to smash the chicken in Ziploc bags and then dip it in the eggs and milk then the breadcrumbs and then cook it in the oil till its brown. put a little sauce in the 9×13 pan and add the chicken to it once its done. put the rest of the sauce on and foil and bake for 20 minutes. put cheese on and put back in for 15 minutes then you're done
