⚠️I've never suffered from swollen feet even with my daughter in my previous pregnancy. But tonight I'm experiencing swollen feet😢 what should I do? And what does this mean? I'm 25w 2d!

Lots of water and feet elevated for a while. If swelling doesn't go away then you may need a blood pressure check. If you have face swelling or headache that won't go away or dizziness, then ER visit is required.

Feet swelling is normal though during this part of pregnancy so just try to relax and take it easy :)

@psychoskim, ohh gosh let's hope I don't have to go to the ER. 😔 but yes I've seen on here it is normal so thank you I will put them up and monitor it! 👍🏼

Elevation and get some dish towels wet then ring all the water out roll them up and Pop them in the microwave until they are nice and hot (not hot enough to burn you) then wrap both of your feet and ankles(: it worked like a charm for a lot of my clients at the salon, and it feels like heaven.
