@momx2 yes, in Alabama we get a full 12 weeks that you can use throughout your pregnancy and after delivery. I use it when I'm not feeing well need to rest or for appointments. Contact your HR department

And if you start using it in 2015 does it start over in 2016?! I'm trying to get out!! LOL I'm in NJ though.
