I'd get it checked out. If there is an infection it can get in the blood and go to baby. I have to get a tooth pulled tomorrow because it was getting infected. Better to be safe

I'd go asap I need a root canal but since I'm in the 3rd trimester they said I have to wait till I give birth. they said they try to only do dental work in the 2nd trimester
