It's so frustrating how the world think these days!! A couple of friends asked why I had a exercise ball and I said it will come in handy while I'm laboring since I want to have my baby natural and they both looked at me like "WTH! Why would you have a baby natural!!" I'm like when did the world start frowning upon things that are "natural"? I think that it's great that we have options and just in case I need the medicine it's there... But it's a personal preference and whether it's natural or with medicine It shouldn't be frowned upon when you make your decision...

I agree. My first I had an epidural and my second I went all natural. I actually prefer going all natural. There's nothing wrong with doing it the way you want to :)

@hottamalee, yes I'm going to take as many classes as possible and have my sister be my uncertified doula/coach while I'm laboring at home cause I think my husband may not remember everything that may help... I am really excited about it and I know I can do it but if I have to get drugs then I'm fine with that also

@mrscarterbby, oh ok, yea my midwife suggested I got to as many classes as I can if I'm thinking about delivering without any drugs. With my busy schedule, I don't know when I'll have time so I'm feeling a little defeated 😓

@mrscarterbby, but yes you can do it!! There was sure enough a time where there were no such thing as epidural or any other drugs. It's not impossible💪🏽☺️

@hottamalee, have you looked at some online birthing classes that you can use whenever you can possibly can maybe while you are on a study break or something? One that I looked up was free and I think it's active for 12 weeks

Yes their are some! Im sure they use videos and pictures for things that need to be shown but everything else is probably reading... I'm in Georgia so the one I saw was on the Northside hospital site... Just look up all of their options for childbirth classes and you should run into the free online class

I delivered all natural and honestly its not as bad as people think.
