so my 6 month old daughter is suffering with her 1st cold and because pediatricians don't recommend giving babies any cold medicine I thought I would share what is helping my peanut breath a little easier and sleep. soothing vapor bath was awesome and I will use it when I have colds from now on, baby vicks rub on chest back and feet, little remedies saline spray for babies.. she hates this but it works...and a nose sucker...you wouldn't believe how much I can get out of her little nose. also if there is a fever, infant tylonal but ask pediatrician how much you can give...her Dr gave me a wieght chart to make it easy. sitting in the bathroom with the hot shower going will also loosen stuff up and lastly lots and lots of mommy snuggles☺. anyways this is what's working for us tight now so I thought I would share with everyone.
