I tried it but just ended up with hard nipples lol. What worked best for me was bouncing on the exercise ball. Every time I bounced baby boy dropped more.

tried it but didn't work for me. lol I did sex, walk, and that night took a hot hot bath while drinking hot tea it helped me give birth the next day. but keep in mind everyone is different I hope these work for you though.
