you have to drink it within 5 minutes of your first drink, when I did it on Friday I just chugged the whole thing in less than a minute. and then I drank a bunch of water after that. I hope you get people who can draw blood! I go to the army hospital and all the techs are army, they had to stick me 5 times just to get a vein, and in the end they had to take the blood from my hand!
The drink tastes like that orange pop from McDonald's so good lol but with my experience it was a piece of cake, what I did was I really watched what I ate/drank the day before. No juice or pop I'd just have water all day and no sugary food and the morning of I just had water and 1 egg. I passed with flying colors as my doctor said lol so you should be fine if you do that!! Then go out to eat after and eat bad if you please lol I got pop ice cream and cheese curds after from culvers 😍

It doesn't taste that bad but it made me feel sick. My glucose was off by a little but not enough to be considered diabetic.
