Hi there I'm 11 weeks n 5 days pregnant today n hate been getting up in the night time soo many times can't go back to sleep n im always tired in the morning any suggestions how to calm this thing down like not getting up in the night time or make it less...........
just make sure your nice and relaxed before you go to sleep after a nice bubble bath that should help xxx
I was like this for a long time in the early stages. I found calming down on my drinking a could hours before bedtime helped. because I drink a lot of water throughout the night! x
