Also, while they provide disposable underwear, I went ahead and bought my own from CVS for home. I also plan to be making my own frozen pads (you  put witch hazel, aloe gel and lavender oil on heavy pads then freeze them) so I bought some organic ones. They help to heal faster.

Dermoplast is a numbing spray and you can use it on your lady bits after delivery. Sometimes, the hospital will give you your own can (they gave me one), but I've heard of them recommending it to people to buy at the pharmacy or store. This time since I'm delivering at a different hospital, I just went and bought my own from CVS. If you vaginally deliver, I promise you'll need this!

Just pack like your going outta town!! I always over pack even tho the hospital will give you certain stuff..because when you get home you can still use the stuff. But for sure pack 
Mittens onesies and pants or sleepers hats burp cloth swaddle blanket thick blanket and socks !

Dermoplast! It will be your best friend! Sugar free candy and Chapstick for when your mouth gets dry. Insurance card, birth plan. Daddy's clothes/hygiene. Basically pack like you'll be going to a hotel for a couple days to be lazy lol. Oh! Also, those little hand warmer packets and your own blanket. You will start to get super cold and shaky once you hit the peak.

My friend just delivered there!! But I'll be delivering at Arrowhead hospital ! @nannii1920 but she had a C section so her hospital bag would be different then normal or  Would ask her! But I know she packed a lot for the baby because they don't supply a lot
