How do I know when the lightheaded-ness isn't normal? 😭

Do you get headaches or blurry vision with them ?

Mention it at your next appointment. Because when I told my doctor I was lightheaded and had shooting headaches, she ran a bunch of tests.

My blood pressure was fine too, so they were confused. Did tests and everything came back fine. So I'm sure it'll be the same for you.

It can change very quickly if you have preeclampsia
