When my son was 6 months old my MIL gave him chocolate chocolate chip cake....her reason...i was eating and he looked like he wanted some. she has watched him twice since then. you have every right to be upset. his doctor will tell you when the best time to start is. our dr told us 4 months because my son was ready. don't be afraid to voice your concerns. wish you the best

Yes you should!!! I would ! Don't make life changing decisions for my child without my consent I'd be pissed , how old is your baby?
