you would add the amount of water you need with the formula because if you put breastmilk which is already mill and nutrients then formula with that the baby could be getting too much of that so evenly distribute it

you don't have to warm up anything but if you prefer warm everything up once you mix everything together . if he drinks 5oz then 4oz of your breast milk , half of scoop of formula and 1oz of water . How much breast milk do you give him every feeding?

I give him five ounces sometimes 5.5 could I do two ounces of formula? And ok cuz my milk is cold from being in the refrigerator or freezer @phasion

@edomke sorry i see you said 3oz of breast milk . so 3oz breast milk, 2oz water and 1 scoop fromula because remember for every 2oz of water its 1scoop of formula.
