That's when I started. You do tummy time around when they can hold their heads up

@bbyluvbump101, tummy time is good even when they can't hold there head up its all about gaining strength

you start at newborn if you like. that's so it strengths they're neck. my daughter never liked tummy time till now that she can hold her head up 100% (2 months ) for her tummy time as a newborn I'll put her head over my shoulder and she'll try and hold it up to look around that was our tummy time and it worked out great

@mylittlejulyprincess, that's what I do as well . my baby girl doesn't like tummy time but I still do it sometimes she mostly likes when I carry her over my shoulder as well . thank you for your help☺

I started around a month & a half with Athena. As long as she could some what hold her head up she loved it & I felt safer knowing she wouldn't smother herself especially since she wouldn't sleep on her back anymore around that time

no problem . BTW don't worry on doing it babies will learn things on they're own . yes we can give them the help to start it up but they'll get it all on they're own and there's different techniques so don't stress if baby doesn't like tummy time she likes looking over your shoulder and that's the same :)
