Does anyone know where I can get a cheap diaper bag that doesn't really look like a diaper bag? And for all moms with a newborn, what do you usually put in your diaper bag when you guys are out and about?

the necessities get smaller as they get older! you dont need a million toys or diapers just bring like 10 diapers maybe 15 if you're out allday but just a few hours you can bring like 10 or less

I put two change of clothes like pants or shorts and a onesie or shirt and diapers and baby wipes and those disposable bags and aquaphor and an extra passy. maybe a brush if you want and fingernail clippers and a few toys ohh and an extra receiving blanket and bibs lol
I got mine at walmart lol in the purse section. I put formula diapers whipes extra clothes a blanket burp cloth diaper rash cream incase and of course bottles and bottled bottles of water.

Honestly, I bought myself a big purse and throw all the baby stuff in too. That way it doesn't look too diaper bag-like

@royce_ivy, it honestly depends lol under 40 I guess @leiromero I hAve one but I wanted to be able to use it as a purse too and I can't with that one haha
Diapers, wipes, at least one extra outfit, receiving blanket, nuks, first aid kit in case.
