@december2015, I kinda of thought like theta but it worries me I literally feel like my throat is closing up. Do you feel like that? It happens more when I eaT. Man it sucks big times because it makes me feel like it's anxiety too.
Well when I was feeling like that, my heart was beating super fast & I had to keep taking huge breaths. It felt like I had just climbed a flight of stairs but I was sitting down.... I got so worried & called the hospital nurse & she explained that it's fine, I just need to stay hydrated & monitor it. Do you have anxiety attaches?
Yeah I suffer of panic attacks. And my heart beats fast too. But I notice that when I feel like I can't breath I make my anxiety go up by over thinking stuff. The breathing gets hard for me too and it just started like 4 days ago. It feels horrible. I feel like my throat closes up. And I guess because of my anxiety I kinda get scare. @december2015
Ohhh 😣 I'm sorry girl. I've had a panic attack once & it was horrible. I kept thinking about my baby & how I need to calm down for her and it really helped. Just relax whenever you feel scared & you'll be okay (: if you feel like it's getting worse as the days go on, call your dr though
Thank you. And lately I've been having bad anxiety. It worries me too. Evaluate it makes me think what if my baby feels it too and it doesn't feel good. That makes me sad. I will mention it again to my dr. It makes me think will they try to make me have her before or will they give me meds ugh it just makes me over think. I just wish No one would suffer of anxiety. , @december2015
Nooo. They most likely won't make you have her early, they probably will just monitor her if you said she wasn't moving like normal or something. But just just to stay positive & happy everyday (: music helps me to get in a good mood, but I know I had days where I'm really sad & overwhelmed so don't feel bad . I felt the same a few weeks ago, just drink lots of water & relax. It's normal to feel that way cause everything is being pushed up by the baby
