So we have my step kids tonight. It's 9pm, they just got here, and are leaving at 9am.... The way my husband and his ex set this shit up makes me so irritated. Trust me we are beyond happy to have them here. But we see them this same exact way maybe once or twice a month. Can we have some more structure or better times?? Makes no damn sense to me. 😒😒😒😒

It's like babysitting so she can go out and pick up in the am? Sad will she let them stay later than 9?so you guys can take them to do something, or spend time while they're awake?

Right, it is like babysitting for a couple of hours. No, she said she needs them back by 10am.. And since they don't have a agreement in court we have to listen. @31knightsfbmommy

Aww sad for you and the kids. Hope you guys can get that changed. I'm sure the kids are happy they get to come over at the same time confused why do we have to leave already.

@31knightsfbmommy, yeah it sucks. And it makes me sad for when their brother is born. My step daughter didn't even remember what we are naming him 😣 I feel like everytime they see him he will be doubled in size. So sad.

Yeah, that is not a good schedule. Seems like most of the time will be spent sleeping. At least if you had them a few hours earlier.

honestly I would go to court and get a schedule. that's what my husband had to do because she kept canceling on him after he drove all the way to her place to see his daughter. he still only gets her one weekend a month but it's better than nothing and they'll be going to mediation in January to get a new schedule at up so he gets to see her more. that's the plan at least.
