I am planning an all natural as well. I'm pregnant with my first baby BUT my mom has had three all natural childbirths. The biggest thing to remind yourself is that your body is made to endure the pain so during a contraction, have someone coach you through it. Also breathing and relaxing through the contractions and letting your body do what it needs to do is better than tensing up. It hurts more when you tense up.

I did. Lost mucus plug and called dr. Dr had me come in because I was high risk. Water broke when he checked me. Sent me to hospital. Admitted me and made me walk, walk, walk until I couldn't anymore from the pain. No one ever checked me for how dilated I was at the hospital since it was my first... they kept telling me it would be hours. I was back and forth to the bathroom leaking or bleeding (sorry if TMI) ...finally fit in hospital bed and eventually my MIL thought I was in too much pain (al back labor) and made a nurse come check me. She was new and couldn't measure. Another came in and quickly said I was ready. Dr almost didn't make it because she was in traffic. The pushing actually felt good. No drugs. Walked in at around 1:30. Baby in my arms around 5... they did numb me when they had to sew me up but they didn't give it a chance to kick it. That hurt like a bitch. #mystory

had cramps on and off for a couple days because i lost my mucus plug a little at a time and i didnt want to go into the hospital just to be sent home , so i waited midnight on the 20th i started to get period like cramps but they weren't strong yet so i just fell asleep , well 6:30 am rolled around i couldnt take the cramps anymore since they've gotten stronger so i told my mom i needed to go , i let her take a shower before going because i wanted to walk a little bit . the car ride was the worse part and the contractions but got to the hospital at 7:30 got a iv put in , they checked me they told me i was 6 cm already and they would check again in a little bit when they checked for the second time i was 8 cm and told me to get ready they were going to break my water, well before they were able to it broke it self i was ready to push with no pain medication or anything they tried to put a mask on me for breathing but i ripped that off , i had her at 9:25 am . i ripped a little so they had to do their thing down there . i just want to warn you dont look into the doctors glasses if you dont want to see down there lol

I wen natural with all three of my kids.. didn't have iv meds, nor epidural. worst part was contractions to me. pushing came easy.. it's painful . remember to breath through the contractions.. 😋😜 Good luck..
