I'm starting to feel the shortness of breath after I eat now. it messes with my anxiety too. I don't remember feeling this way with my son @kartersmom

Light headed can be from a few things dehydration or getting up to fast... There may be others but that's what I get it from

I read that it is normal to feel breathless in first trimester, and as for the lightheadedness,I think its a combination of anxiety and getting up Too fast.
