THIS IS A STUPID QUESTION ! 🚨 What does losing your mucus plug mean ?

It means u r baby is ready to come out it could take a could days, weeks or even hours til ur baby comes

You may loose it several times. It may fall out then regenerate and fall out again. It may also fall out little at a time.

No just means ur baby's getting to come out now when the contractions do be gin u need to time them n when they r around 5 mind apart u should be either at the hospital already or headed there

oh , okay I have a 2 year daughter I should know all these things but , the words are just new to me with my first pregnancy my mucus plug fell out at 6am but , wasn't like super red then 15 hours later my daughter was born . @cassibrewer

Typically the mucus plug is like a snot texture and look. Likes a runny nose kind of. If it has blood that's your bloody show and you should go to the hospital and make sure everything is ok. Usually your bloody show means they are closer to coming out then the mucus plug. I've been loosing my mucus plug since 24 weeks. Never had blood in it. Also if it's like REALLY liquidity you should also go in for that because that may be your water.
