I once heard the key to sleep is have a schedule once baby is here . And once he is here I will just go along the first week or two then make a schedule around his eating and sleep times 😊

Tbh I didn't start a schedule until a few months ago, because when he was a newborn all he did was eat and sleep. Now the schedule works great.

7 months😊 I started a schedule when he was about 5 months. He was colicky so even when I tried a schedule it just didn't work out. His colic stage stopped at around 5 months so that's when he actually started being okay with a schedule.

It was the worst... But I promise you it really does get better! My son was so miserable and cried 24/7 literally. Now he's the happiest baby on earth! I pray you get through this stage stronger than ever. It's hard on a momma😔 @alianagirl
