Has anybody else taken Makeena injections? I am set to begin mine tomorrow, and I have to say, Im scared. I have pre existing depression problems, and I read that Makeena can. make them worse. I don't know how they can even get any worse than I have seen them get yet. Also, Makeena is known to cause blood clots in the legs...which can travel to the heart and lungs and ultimately kill you. Needless to say, I am terrified, and stuck between a rock and a hard place, because I've been advised to take them by my midwife not only because of my history of preterm delivery, but also, because of the SCH I am dealing with now and the potential for complications further on in my pregnancy. I need peayer for guidance and advice. I just dont know what to do.
