@steffiepaige, ahhhh, so you're pretty mellow in nature too? I lived in Wichita Falls for 9 years! I was born and raised on a mountainside...we had three different yards between 72 steps between the garage and our actual house (we hated grocery days and wished for an escalator growing up..lol). The three yards included plumeria trees, pikake, tuberose and so many other flowers. And yes, you could smell it through the air! We also had mango, lychee, star fruit, banana trees, pomegranates right in our yard. We were blessed with an onsite farmer's market lol

Lol I'm reading the comments and I'm different my husband is from NY and I'm from TX.. Just moved here a few months ago but he is the mellow chill one and I'm the total opposite no chill at all lol extremely high-strung

yeah for the most part im Native American so ive always been like a free spirit and love nature. ohh really? thats awesome and sounds wonderful! is there a Wichita Falls in Hawaii?? I only ask cuz theres one in Texas too. I grew up in royse city it was small when I lived there but its development more. My grandparents have a farm in Corsicana with over 300 acres so I would go fishing there, play on the bails of hay, take tractor rides with my grandpa to feed the cows, explore the land, ride our pony, play on the 4 wheeler, it was a lot of fun.

@steffiepaige, lol I meant I lived in Wichita falls, tx after I moved from home at the age of 20. How wonderful....that sounds like a great life growing up there. My son is a huge fishing fanatic... that'd be his dream to live like that!

ohh okay im sorry I just wanted to make sure 😂 it was I wish I had time to go back more often and especially bring my babies there to enjoy and experience it! Really? Thats awesome I lovve to fish too! So relaxing I haven't been in years though. Been popping out babies lmbo!! Do you miss Hawaii?

@steffiepaige, lol. that's a great environment to raise little ones! I miss home yes, but to be honest, I'd never move back.... life has changed tremendously. Crime rate, drug abuse and especially homelessness rates are at their all time high (but I guess l that's everywhere). Cost of living is crazy. we went home in 2010...gas was almost $4/gallon and a gallon of milk was over $6. no thank you, I'll stick to Florida living lol

wow thats sad but the way it goes now a days unfortunately. what part of Florida? my hubby lived in Port Charlotte for 12 years with his parents and then moved here 8 years ago I think. We want seasons like a winter and stuff so the kids can have those memories so were trying to figure out where we want to settle down

Texas is hott and the allergies are no joke for my poor hubby 😂 I think im kinda used it from growing up here lol

@steffiepaige, we live in Davenport... its a city still developing. great place to raise a family. it's about 15 minutes away from Disney and literally smack dab between both Orlando and Tampa (45 minute drive either direction). Cost of living is really decent. We are buying our 4/3 pool home for $1150 a month. I highly recommend this place to live =)
