I hate those iep meetings, my daughter has ADHD but they tried to put my daughter in speech class too and I tefused. She pronounces her words like a new yorker which I think it's cute but it's not like she can't be understood. I won't allow anyone to to keep labeling my kid. I acknowledge what I know is wrong but when they said my baby needed speech I told them basically kiss my ass
@iheartriley Yea I understand if they need the help they need it but I wasn't placing my child in another program if she didn't need it. The more programs u place these kids in, the school gets more money. I wasn't letting her school use my kid.

Awe!! I know all about those IEP meetings. My son has ASD and those meetings can be really emotional!!

yeah my son in speech, but that to help him control his speech regularly, he use to talk gibbish and have run on sentence before speech. @calliesmith
