@momx2, it's in low amounts to begin with but I was worried about that too and did some more research and it said they use a slightly different mixture for pregnant women without that in it. Hope that's true but. I will still be getting it I think.

@mommyof2angelboys, it contains thimerosal, a Mercury based preservative. Doesn't seem safe to me.

I got a flu shot when I was pregnant. Honestly I would highly recommend it
