So I went into preterm labor Saturday and got a shot been having contractions and cramping in abdomen since then and I think I lost my mucous plug yesterday. FTM am I okay?

if they aren't getting more and more intense then it should be ok. mucus plug has nothing to do with going into labor some women don't even lose it.

You can lose your mucus plug a few weeks, hours or days before labor. As well as it can grow back as well.
