I was going to do this.. Just a red shirt & black pants. The black and grey felt at Hobby Lobby/Michael's are like $0.15 each, and the pack of little multicolored fuzz balls are only a few bucks, and you just glue them onto a hat. Easy! But, my sister said, "she has to be something more girly! She looks like a boy...". 😑😂. So, now she's going to be Audry Hepburn. Haha. ( @mimi713 )
