@lovebuggg2016, maybe there's a lot of them coming in, try forwarding your old email to show you sent it in already and see what they say. I got a reply the same day I sent mine in

I forwarded it to them again so hopefully they reply. If not it's not a big deal, just kinda upset they didn't reply! @ngujen
